Last summer I drove down to the Alps for a month to get away from work and get some airtime in big mountains and a little climbing too. Having just managed to escape the seemingly endless covid regulations limiting travel from the UK it was great to be back in France and back in the sky.
I had a new wing and more importantly the freedom to cruise around the mountains in search of the best conditions to fly it. This is really the magic combination for rapid progression in a sport like paragliding. Having the flexibility to be in the right place at the right time and the head space to be completely focused, allow me to learn loads and make some great flights. With a sport like paragliding the learning never ends so hopefully ill be back soon for more.
